Strawberry Pretzel Salad Recipe
1 1/2 c. broken pretzels
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 c. sugar
13 oz. can pineapple with juice
1-1/2 c. strawberries
Crush pretzels, melt butter. Mix together pretzels, butter and 1/2 c. sugar.
Bake in pan covered with tin foil at 350' for 10 mins. Break apart after baking.
Store in covered container. Beat 8 oz. cream cheese, fold in 16 oz. Cool Whip.
Stir in 1/2 c. sugar and pineapple with juice. Stir in pretzels and Strawberries
just before serving.
