Pistachio Cake with Lemon-lime Soda
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. (3 oz.) instant pistachio pudding
3 eggs
1 c. lemon-lime soda
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. chopped pecans
FROSTING:
1 1/2 c. cold milk
1/2 c. chopped pistachios
1 pkg. (3 oz.) instant pistachio pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
Combine the first 5 ingredients. Beat on medium
speed for 2 minutes. Stir in pecans. Poor into
greased 9x13 baking pan. Bake at 350' for 45-50
minutes. Cool on rack.
Frosting: Beat milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes.
Fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cake. Sprinkle with
pistachios. Refrigerate.
