Baked Potato Bar Recipes
Scrub 8 to 10 potatoes. Wrap in foil and pierce several times with a fork.
Bake at 400' for 1 hour.
Chili:
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
1 pkg. Chili seasoning mix
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 can dark red kidney beans, drained
Mix above ingredients together and simmer for 15 minutes.
Cheese and Broccoli Sauce:
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 to 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli
In a sauce pan mix above ingredients together. On medium, heat until
nice and melted.
Extra potato toppings:
Sour cream
Bacon bits
green stick onions, chopped
Shredded cheese
