Baked Chicken Dijon
Baked Chicken Dijon Recipe 1 stick margarine 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard 1 garlic clove 1/3 cup minced parsley 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated 1 cup dry bread crumbs 6 half chicken breasts, skinned and boned 1 gal. size Ziploc bag Preheat oven to 350'. Melt butter in saucepan. Add garlic and mustard. Remove from heat. Put chicken breasts in mixture, coating all surfaces. Mix parsley, cheese, and bread crumbs in Ziploc bag. Put chicken in the bag, few pieces at a time, and coat well. Put in shallow baking dish and bake for 25-30 mins.
